Subscription Overview

When you purchase a Carbon Cleanse product through our Subscribe & Save program, you are authorizing Carbon Cleanse LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method at the price and frequency you chose at checkout (e.g., every 4 weeks or every 8 weeks). Your subscription will continue at the selected interval until you cancel it.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account at www.carboncleanse.com. Through your account, you can:

  • Skip an upcoming order
  • Pause your subscription
  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Update your payment method
  • Update your shipping address
  • Cancel your subscription

No phone calls, emails, or special requests are required. You have full control through your account.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time — there are no long-term commitments, cancellation fees, or penalties.

To ensure your cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled order, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. If you cancel after your next order has already been processed, that order will still be fulfilled and shipped, and your subscription will end after that final delivery.

To cancel, log in to your customer account at www.carboncleanse.com and navigate to your subscription management page. Select the subscription you wish to cancel and follow the on-screen instructions.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders that have already been processed, shipped, or delivered are subject to the same refund and return terms as one-time purchases, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

If you were charged for a subscription order you did not intend to receive, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@carboncleanse.com with your order number, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Pausing and Skipping

If you are not ready to cancel but need a break, you can pause your subscription or skip individual deliveries through your customer account. Paused subscriptions can be resumed at any time. Skipped orders will not be billed or shipped.

Price Changes

If we adjust the price of a subscription product, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before being charged at the updated price.
