About Carbon Cleanse

Our Story

It started with a question nobody could answer.

What's actually in the cleaner under your sink?

Pick up any bottle at the store. Flip it over. You'll find a wall of chemical names, vague phrases like "proprietary blend," and ingredients that require a chemistry degree to decode. For something you spray on the surfaces where your family eats, where your kids do homework, where your pets sleep — that felt wrong to us.

So we asked a different question: what's the simplest formula that actually works?

The answer was already in nature.

d-Limonene is the compound that gives citrus peels their degreasing power. It's the reason your hands feel clean after peeling an orange. It's been used as an industrial solvent for decades — cutting through grease, adhesives, carbon buildup, and grime that synthetic chemicals struggle with. It's also biodegradable, plant-derived, and naturally fragrant.

Pair it with Decyl Glucoside — a gentle surfactant made from coconut oil and corn sugar — and you have a formula that emulsifies oils, lifts dirt, and rinses clean. No fillers. No boosters. No fragrance masking. Just two active ingredients doing exactly what nature designed them to do.

Add water. That's the whole product.

Three ingredients. Full transparency. Industrial-strength clean.

Carbon Cleanse was born out of a refusal to accept the false choice the cleaning industry has been selling for decades: that "eco-friendly" means weak, and that "powerful" means toxic. We reject both.

Our formula tackles brake dust on diesel truck wheels, months of stovetop grease, adhesive residue, carbon deposits, and everyday kitchen grime — all with the same bottle. No gloves required. No ventilation warnings. No rinsing your hands for fifteen minutes after accidental contact.

Why "Carbon" Cleanse?

Carbon is everywhere. It's in the grease on your stove. The soot on your exhaust. The residue on your tools. The buildup on your grill. d-Limonene is a carbon-based solvent that dissolves carbon-based grime. It's nature's own solution to nature's own mess.

The name reflects what we do: cleanse the carbon.

Built different from the start.

Carbon Cleanse isn't a rebrand of an existing formula with a green label slapped on it. We built this from scratch — sourcing our own d-Limonene directly, formulating in-house, filling in small batches, and printing every label ourselves in Farmington, Utah.

We list every ingredient, every CAS number, and every concentration right on the bottle. Not because the law requires it (though in California, it does). Because we believe you have a right to know exactly what you're bringing into your home.

The future of clean is simple.

The cleaning industry spends billions convincing you that you need seventeen different products with thirty ingredients each. We think you need one product with three.

Two ingredients. Zero compromise. That's Carbon Cleanse.
